The farm's objective is to share the simple technology of regional mushroom cultivation with the rural communities of the region, which only requires a compost of wheat or barley and dry leaves. This can be very beneficial to these communities since mushrooms are highly nutritious. Delicious dishes made from recently harvested mushrooms may be sampled at the Park's restaurants.
These mushrooms are edible and there are various kinds (oats straw-bed, palm leaves, etc). We invite you to enjoy their unique flavor at our restaurants La Cocina (The Kitchen) and La Caleta (The Cove).
