Cancun's Beach Party 2007

Tourists from Mexico and the world over: prepare yourselves! The Mexican Caribbean will tremble underfoot when good times hit the sand in Cancun this summer. This beach party will be held on the second weekend of August, from Friday the 10th to Sunday the 12th of August. During this weekend, travelers from all over the world will converge upon the Hotel Zone, next to crystal blue waters and the lagoon. Enjoy an endless number of activities, such as sports, listening to music, dancing, eating and drinking. Come to the Second Annual Beach Party in Cancun 2007!

If the sun and the warm waters of the Caribbean aren't enough to interest you, the three days of the party will consist of concerts, beach sports, fashion shows, contests and water activities. Best of all, organizers and participating sponsors of the different events have security for the visitors and a wonderful family atmosphere. This way, parents won't have to worry about their kids being in Cancun because they'll be able to come too!

With white sand at your feet, old and young can participate in tennis and volleyball tournaments, watch trained dogs perform tricks and learn about the conservation of the ecosystem and the importance of marine animals and keeping the beaches clean. With something as simple as paper, the whole family can spend some quality time together making airplanes, kites, animals and plants, all with a fold here and a tweek there.

For the landlubbers, there are days and nights of dancing and live DJs awaiting you. A number of nightclubs have events, promos and special discounts offered through our beach party, at reputable clubs such as Coco Bongo, Hard Rock Cafe, Margaritaville and Basic.

At sea, make waves in a jet ski, a yacht or a boat. Bring your snorkeling gear if you want and be a part of the cruise to Isla Mujeres, sponsored by Caribbean Funday and Corona. Beach Party Cancun 2007 promises to be a weekend of good times. Come and see the parade of boats, beautifully lit, sailing up and down the length of the Nichupte Lagoon in the warm evening breeze, bathed in moonlight.

In the air, a pleasant surprise awaits our visitors. Notes and lyrics by the Mexican singer/songwriter, Julieta Venegas, who will be holding a concert at the Cancun Bullfighting Ring, will drift out and have you moving straight to the Ring. Be sure you catch the impressive music and fireworks show at Playa Delfines, which will leave you with great memories.

"You're sure to have a blast in Cancun" is the official slogan of the Beach Party. Due to the great response from last year's event, locals and visitors alike are eagerly awaiting the arrival of this great event.
