"We have stayed here 3 times since 2004 and have noticed that this hotel is starting to look a little run down. Considering the prices they charge you would think they would do a little more upkeep. When we arrived we were shown to our room which had no sheets on the bed and the last guests garbage etc all over the room. The room had not even been cleaned yet. The girl at the front desk apologized and had it cleaned but we had to wait while she found someone to do it and it took awhile. Breakfast is included in your room but that is just coffee, juice and toast. If you order off the menu it is expensive for what you get."

"I liked the indigo blue trim on the hotel exterior better than the new red paint, but just my personal preference. It still looks good."

"THE BEDS ARE VERY HARD WAKING UP YOU WERE REALLY STIFF AND SORE"

"Todo muy austero y viejo. Dar mantenimiento al frigobar y al aire acondicionado ya que no servían. Un desayuno americano de baja calidad. No tiene estacionamiento."

"No deberían de pedir deposito para las toallas de playa, checar el estado de material de las habitaciones, dar mantenimiento a las puertas, poner basurero dentro de la habitación y no solo en el baño. Limpiar jacuzzi, arreglar restaurante. Regadera para entrar de la playa al hotel."

"Da a la playa, las personas que trabajan son muy amables!! Y las instalaciones no son pretenciosas en lujo, esta bien cuidado y limpio, es ideal para ir en pareja, amigos, solo, comodo y cerca de todo lo que puedes necesitar, me toco una habitacion con terraza ideal para relajarse"

"Quizas el precio y la cercania a la Central de Autobuses en Playa del Carmen, cerca de los parques Xacaret, Xplor y Xel-Xa, esta a un lado de la Quinta Avenida."

"Hacerle mantenimiento, hacer bien la limpieza en las habitaciones, lavar la alberca, no rentar los camastros."
