"The price, comfortable rooms, the pool, the nigthclubs RRPP, the desserts! And the service."
What should It improve?:
"When we arrived at the hotel, one hour after the check-in, the room wasn't ready and we have to wait for about 3 hours to get in! Considering we'll be traveling for about 16 hours and we wanted to sleep, it was quite disturbing that we have to wait, Despite that, our stay was comfortable and we appreciate all the services given."

"La ubicación, limpieza, servicios en las habitaciones y muy completos los servicios en general del hotel, tiene su area de playa, alberca, jacuzzy, bar, restaurant, etc y facil de movilizarser por la via del autobus que corre por la calle de kukulkan sobre la que esta el hotel"

"Estaria bien mejorar el sonido del karaoke y promocionar horas de este servicio, puede que esto sirva para atraer a mas turistas. Gracias en general."
