The best:
"Location is amazing, since it's located on a small island, 100 meters from Isla Mujeres, which is connected to the island itself with a bridge. It has a private beach. "
What should It improve?:
"Alot. Where should we start? The general feeling when staying at the room is of a cave. The only thing is missing are the stalactites. There is an unexplained noise of an engines, the kind that shakes the floor a bit, seriously. The A/C is very noisy. When we wanted to open the window instead, we found out that the noise from the outside is so loud that it would be impossible to sleep. The shower, oh the shower, clastrofobic and with a tiny flow of water. On the second day, we found out that our bags that were located near the outside wall are completely wet. It appeared that there was a leak from above and all our belongings got wet. When we called the reception it took us an hour to explain that there is something wrong and that we demand a new room instead. The response was that they "will not charge us for the new room". All we got as a result of this accident was a free breakfast. The hotel is very expansive and I think that one can book a cheaper one w/o disappo"

"Q ofrecieran tambien sus otras habitaciones y q en el restaurant ofrecieran el paquete de buffet ya q no lo incluye el paquete q compre."

"Necesita mantenimiento, está muy descuidado y viejo."

"Necesita mejorar su mantenimiento y remodelación de muebles, ya se ven viejos. En nuestro cuarto estaba hinchada la puerta de entrada y había que empujarla fuerte.La caja del WC tradaba 10 minutos en volver a llenarse."

"Cambiar sus muebles, las camas son cómodas pero el resto del mobiliario muy viejo y maltratado."

"Tener mejores camas, mejor decoracion en general, cambiar los aires acondicionados de las habitaciones del edificio, hacen mucho ruido para lo que enfrian. El check out es a las 11 am, es muy temprano !"
