"Towels not changed every day!! Charge if changed and charge for stained towels!!!! I was charged for a spot as tiny as a pencil eraser! after having the towels for over three days! that is CRAzyyy!!! Attitude on service people need to improve-some classes on customer service would possibly help-- feels cold and unwelcomed"

"La alberca riquísima muy templada el agua, la habitación bien aunque la limpieza en la habitación dejo mucho que desear!! Eso si el servicio de los meseros en el pequeño restaurante fue muy bueno ."

"Poner mas atención en sus empleados para que tengan una buena atención con los clientes ,y quizá darle mantenimiento a los edificiosen pintura."
