Limitations & Extra Charges

Certain hotel services and facilities are not included in the all-inclusive program.
Upon arrival at the hotel, guests will have to extend a voucher or make a cash deposit as a guarantee by which they assume responsibility for paying any extra charges, such as long distance calls, laundry service, premium beverages at the specialty restaurants, as well as any other services not included in the All-Inclusive Plan. In case there are no extra charges on the bill, the deposit will be fully refunded or the voucher returned to the guest upon checking out.
