"I think that is very good deal considering the very low rate and very basic features. Only thing to keep in mind for other tourist is the closeness to Clubs and 12th avenue: Great if you like to party all night, but terrible if you just on relax. This basic set of features remind me that Playa use to be the other side to Cancun: small hotels, cozy and friendly people, walking distance of everything... remind me that Playa was a fishermans town and a destination to backpackers who reject the mega-hotels and clubs of Miami or Cancun."

What should It improve?:

"Good and friendly service, but very small front desk office, and lack of some snack machines, ice machines, or anything that could help to all-night clubbers... If at least we could get some directions, advise, or a basic orientation or "concierge" 24 hrs could be great. The beach club looks boring compared with the other in the neighbourghood... I always prefered to move to the beach club of nearby hotels."

"La ubicación del hotel es excelente ya que esta muy céntrico y de fácil acceso a la mejor zona de playa del Carmen, confortable, limpio, buen servicio y a orilla de playa."

"Mas estacionamiento ya que los días de temporada alta los carros se estacionaban en doble fila y si necesitabas salir temprano tenias que mover varios de estos para poder salir. "

"Lo que yo use de las instalaciones del hotel fue bueno"

"Una alberca más grande, un restaurante propio donde sirvan desayunos y que mencionen la ubicación; ya que para nosotros fue imposible descansar por las noches debido al ruido excesivo de los bares que lo colindan. Desgraciadamente yo no volvería hacer uso de este hotel por esta razón."
