What should It improve?:
"I think something to do about service. For example I arrived at the pool area, asked for a towel, and they wanted me to give them a token which I was suposed to have, therefore, I did not get a towel and could not care to investigate where I could obtain the token. I think is a very preety hotel, would like to go back It is getting old, so maybe renovate now before it start cracking down. The exterior wall facing the sea is in bad shape"

What should It improve?:
"The food in some of the restaurants is not enough good and also check-out process is very slow."

"I had booked a room with the all inclusive package and can say that it was worth every penny. There were 5 restaurants to choose from which were great. The ku-nah restaurant was absolutely amazing. My girlfriend and I never felt the need to leave the hotel. If I ever visit Cancun again I will be sure to book with the Gran Melia. Absolutely fantastic hotel to stay at."
What should It improve?:
"The Quetzal buffet seemed to be very unorganized during dinners. There was often a long wait to be seated. I found it very inconvenient that there was no wi-fi connection in my room. The smoke detector in my room was located right about the head of our bed. It would flash a bright light constantly and would make sleeping very difficult at times. "

"Room quality and size, with large bed and sofa, with a consistently good shower and friendly staff."
What should It improve?:
"Turn off the unnecessary continuous "Hotel" background music, it's just intrusive in a great setting and is everywhere, in the hotel, by the pool, in the dining areas etc."

What should It improve?:
"El hotel resulta carisimo dado el mal servicio que ofrecen. Te cobran 60 pesos por cada servicio al cuarto, me parece de muy mal gusto! deberian de incluir ese servicio ya en los alimentos como la mayoria de los hoteles hacen. Nunca me habia tocado pagar tanto por llevarte la comida al cuarto. La comida es muy pobre! el cuarto estaba OK, sin embargo el precio es excesivo para las condiciones del hotel y el servicio que ofrecen"

"Mejor servicio mientras esta uno en la playa"

"La atención del Sr. Donovan Encalada fue excelente en el restaurante. Siempre amable, servicial. Mis felicitaciones al Sr. Donovan y ojala hubiera mas empleados como él"
What should It improve?:
"Necesitan estar mejor capacitados en su personal ya que la información que otorgan es equivocada. P.e. Me dijeron que el toallero abria a las 06h30, lo cual no es cierto abre a las 07h00 y cosas por el estilo. Tambien la flexibilidad para poder salir hasta dos horas despues del check out ya que siempre hay algunas cosas que quedan por hacer"
