Historic Cottage Room Photos

All Historic Cottage Rooms are located within the central gardens near the pool area and the main house. Some cottages were built with original ancient Maya lime stones. All of them have large, beautiful terraces furnished with hammocks and maintain a distinctive Mayan architecture. These guestrooms were used to house the Carnegie Institute archaeologists during the First Maya Archaeological Studies Expedition in the 30's.

These out of the ordinary rooms have the charming feeling of a countryside guestroom. Each room is unique in size and design and has a romantic, rustic ambiance. You will enjoy the comfortable seating area and a roofed terrace furnished with hammocks and aromatic candles.

Master Suite Photos

Our Master Suites are large and spacious guestrooms with a serene living area. Each suite is furnished with costume-made furniture using wood, iron, and local stones to enhance the colonial decor. They offer a large walk-in closet and a split bathroom design separating the WC from the deluxe bathtub.
