Dining with us is an amazing gastronomic experience. Many of the ingredients used in our menu are organic and come from the gardens of Hacienda Santa Rosa or from the other haciendas in the group. Freshly baked bread, tortillas and delicious marmalades are made at the hacienda and the fresh fish comes from the different coastal villages that line the Yucatecan coast. |
