The best:
"Rooms were clean & well maintained. We had a problem with the air cond. when we checked in but service call was answered promptly & problem fixed efficiently. "
What should It improve?:
"Room had a large seating area but there was no furniture in it?? We 'borrowed' two chairs from the hallway to fill the space & give us somewhere to sit. Big problem in the restaurant - we never received a bill for our meals & wondeedr when breakfast cost the same as dinner. We started to add up our meals when ordering and found we were being overcharged on most meals. When we brought this up to the 'cashier' (no cash register) & our waiter and showed them the prices in the menu then added things up in front of them they did not argue and gave us our money back. We had drinks in the bar area almost each evening & asked the first night if we could order food in there - we were told no, eating only in the restaurant. A few nights later we were in the restaurant & noticed a large party in the bar and food being delivered to them. Don't know if it was a co-incidence but the people were all locals ! Shouldn't the rules be the same for all guests?"

"mejorar la calidad del servicio, tanto en lobby, como en restaurante, no hay buena información en su personal, aun cuando en la habitacion hay una gúia exelente, uno no se ocupa de ella, sino le dicen"

"Mi comentario sobre el check out me querian hacer un cobro extra por las personas que fuimos y mi reservacion estaba totalmente cubierta para las personas que llegamos. Pero en gral es un buen servicio."

"1. mantenimiento del agua de la alberca. 2.- 1 salvavidas en vacaciones 3.- buffet variado y sin picante 4.- no vi si tienen caldera para el agua de la alberca (muy temprano esta fria) 5.- un solo elevador no es suficiente 6.- cerveza sin alcohol 7.- servibar en la habitacion 8.- programa folflorico y cultural en el comedor 9.- canal de tv interno con videos de los servicios de calidad del hotel 10.- certificado de calidad iso"
