"Location...beach area...pools.Staff."
What should It improve?:
"The beds in room horrible Like sleeping on a piece of plywood. Pillows need three to make one good one ATM machine out the lobby the whole trip. Front desk said it is only one available. Unless you go to playa del Carmen. Food. Just so... Bacon very fatty and under cooked everyday. Coffee weak thank go for Starbucks across street. To much interruption on beach from sales people either trying to get you to get Trip or sell you wares Give us brochure and move on"

"La atención de los empleados del comedor y bares. La comida por ser un all inclusive era correcta. Ah, los sereques y los monos que están por todos lados son muy divertidos."
What should It improve?:
"Cambiar al gerente (ni valió la pena preguntar el nombre) y ser menos estructurado con las reglas. Tienen que pensar que lo importante es el cliente y no el hotel. Menos aun su responsable Just to be clear: I wolud never be back again."

"La comida fue muy buena con mucha variedad. Los servicios oferecidos son muy buenos, todo el staff (menos en la recepcion) era muy amable. Gracias!"
