"The hotel is old and outdated. The food was not very good and 90% of the time served cold. For an all inclusive hotel there are not very many options with the package other then food and drink. You even had to pay to play a game of pool which is the only indoor activity. The pools were dirty and the grout for the tile was mostly black when it should have been white. The show provided at night were not good and the hotel was a ghost town at night. The beach was kept clean but there was no type of shade provided if you needed it. You could only find shade at the pools. Overall I would not stay here again and would not tell anyone else too either. "

"El servicio que te ofrecen desde que llegas es de primera, tenía mis dudas porque ya me había hospedado en un Barceló en Ixtapa y este aspecto había dejado mucho que desear, te dan igual trato tanto si eres nacional como extranjero"
