"Walking distance to ADO bus terminal. cool hotel with lots of restauants around. Would stay again and staff friendly"

"Size of the suite, decor in both the suite and hotel, the coffee shop/internet cafe was outstanding, with local entertainment most nights, friendly and helpful staff, and the best cappuccino we had while in Cancun. "
What should It improve?:
"Shower floor is smooth tile and is slippery, (was told a shower mat would be furnished, it never was, I ended up buying one myself .) Hot water faucet at the sink did not work, (was told it would be fixed it never was.) I use an electric scooter, the front entrance to the hotel has access ramps on each side of the main entrance, but they are positioned in such a way that they curve, and there is a 2 inch lip which must be negotiated prior to entering the hotel lobby at floor level, any attempt to drive over this curved lip would result in the scooter being tipped over and the driver being thrown down the steps. There is a side and back entrance to the hotel which did provide access to the lobby. "

"La atencion del personal estubo muy bien; la piscina bien pero me gustaria se amplie el horario"

"Que tenga las anomalias que tuve cuando estube hospedado. -el sabado nos cortaron el agua sin avisarnos.-el clima que me toco estubo fallando (dejaba de enfriar.-las toallas por higiene se deben cambiar diario las mias ningun dia me las cambiaron.-la cama que me toco la verdad estaba dura de la otra si estaba suave."

"El àrea del teatro está un poco dexcuidadas y se vè abandonada, ese pasillo de acceso podría verse con más vida, las botargas de la entrada al teatro tambièn lucen deterioradas y descuidadas."

"pues el precio es economico y esta bien ubicado en el centro de cancun, hay buenos restaurantes donde cenar y el acceso es rapido para ir a la zona hotelera,el hotel cuenta con elevador y esta decorado con murales mayas que estan muy bonitos."
What should It improve?:
"los baños estan muy deteriorados, son muy viejos, parecen de la epoca de la revolucion, pedi que me cambiaran de habitacion por que el piso de la regadera olia a pipi, ¡ y no querian! tuvo que subir el encargado para cerciorarse del mal olor y solo asi me cambiaron de cuarto. es necesario cambiar los colchones, las toallas y las sabanas pican mucho pero parecen limpias."
