We offer two types of ground transportation with comfort and security from Cancun International Airport to any hotel in Cancun and the Mayan Riviera. Most of our shuttles are late model air-conditioned vans carrying up to 9 passengers comfortably. |
| SHUTTLE service: This works like a shuttle service where you and other people arriving at the same time share their transportation to the hotel at a lower cost. Our vehicles are always available at the airport and you will never have to wait longer then 15 minutes until your van departs, guaranteed! PRIVATE service: Did you ever want to have your own chauffeur waiting at the airport and feel like a VIP? That is what this service is all about. This is the best option if you want to have your own vehicle or if you are traveling with family or a small group. As soon you are ready to depart, you will be driven straight to your hotel. There is no waiting time. Personalized service at its best! Please note that once the reservation process is completed, we must be notified of any increase in the number of passengers 48 hours in advance. Cancun Airport- Playa del Carmen Dock Transfer-Cozumel Ferry-Hotel Transfer This is the best option if you arrive to Cancun Airport in direction to Cozumel. This custom-made package departs from Cancun Airport to Playa del Carmen dock where a Best Day Travel representative will assist you for boarding the ferry to Cozumel. Once in Cozumel other Best Day Travel representative will welcome you and provide your hotel transfer. There is no waiting time and the best service is guaranteed! Upon arrival at the airport, and once you have cleared immigration and customs, a Best Day Travel representative will be waiting for you outside the Arrival Gate, displaying a banner with the logo of Best Day Travel. Please note that customs procedures can take 5 minutes or 45 minutes depending on how many people are waiting in line. Please do not worry, we know this and will be waiting for you outside the Arrival Gate. Remember: outside! Our supervisors at the airport will monitor your flight to ensure that your shuttle will be ready whenever you arrive. You will not have to worry if your flight is delayed or arrives ahead of schedule. We will know, and more importantly, we will be waiting for you whenever your flight arrives. Once our staff meets you at the airport, you will be guided to the vehicle and will receive an invitation to meet with the Best Day Travel representative at your hotel. During that meeting you will be given the exact time of your pick-up on your departing date and your return flight will be confirmed, should you have reserved a round trip transfer.
